Gardening is good for us!
Not only do we get Vitamin D from the sun, but gardening is considered therapeutic and low stress and can give us a great sense of accomplishment!
Flexible hours!
We're generally very flexible with schedules, as long as we have a couple of weeks notice. We can usually accommodate those with other responsibilities like kids, school, other jobs, ect....
We offer part time and often full time work. This is a seasonal job and we usually work from early April to early December, although you don't have to feel obligated to work the entire season if you have other obligations.
Good Pay!
Beginner gardeners start off at $15/hr. and can work up to $20/hr.! Raises are based on desire to learn along with a good work ethic and friendly personality.
Listen to music/podcasts while working!
Always feel free to listen to something while working. We just ask that you please use one earbud and leave one out so that you can hear a customer or coworker if they're trying to communicate with you.
